CRWC has inspected 12 creeks in the Carmel River Watershed that cover the entire gambit of urban stream conditions, upland streams with heavy sediment depositions and the effect of cattle grazing. Each reach has been rated either Proper functioning _____, Functional-at-risk _____or Non-functional_____. In some areas we were not given access so the reach is not rated.
