Frank is not only an excellent steelhead fishermen he has developed a special technique all of his own. However, I have the secret & will share it with you. You do not get anything for nothing. Frank is one of a few stalwarts that join Geoff Malloway each year on the juvenile fish rescues from the tribs and the mainstem. If you qualify as a level one "helper" (that is a "net catcher") I will share his secret with you after one shocking trip. If you are level two, (that is bucket brigade) then you have to come along for at least two trips. All the fishermen on these pages are qualified as catchers.
